How to Update or Cancel Your Order

Once your order has been placed and you've received your order confirmation email, you can still make changes to your order. However, changes cannot be made once a shipping notification email has been sent or a tracking number has been assigned. Please double-check that all your order details are correct, especially if you are completing your payment through one of our Express Checkout options (ShopPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay).

Update a Shipping Address

If you have not yet received a shipping notification email for your order and would like to update the shipping address, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the 'Manage your orders' section of the Customer Support and select the 'Report Issue' option.
2. Use contact us form to update your shipping address.
3. We will update your shipping address within business hours from 8 am to 5 pm est through Monday to Friday.

Cancel an Order

If you have not yet received a shipping notification email for your order and would like to cancel it, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the 'Manage your orders' section of the Customer Support and select the 'Cancel' option.
2. Use contact us form to cancel your order.
3. We will cancel your order within business hours from 8 am to 5 pm est through Monday to Friday.
