Ordering

How do I place an order?

1. Add the products that you want to purchase to your cart.
2. When you are finished shopping, select 'Proceed to checkout' from your cart.
3. Enter your contact, shipping, and payment information on the checkout page, or select one of the express checkout options to autofill this information and complete your order.
4. Select 'Pay Now' to complete your order and process your payment for all the items in your order. That's it!

The shipping fee is calculated separately at checkout, based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Preorders and Backorders

Preorders

Some newly released products may be available for preorder if they aren’t ready to ship immediately. If a product is listed as a preorder on our website, it means we’re accepting orders and will ship them by the expected ship date shown on the product page. Please note that if your order includes a preorder item(s), all items in the order, including those that are not on preorder, might be held to ship together.

Backorders

Products that are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked soon may be available for backorder. If a product is listed as a backorder on our website, it means we’re accepting orders and will ship them once we receive more inventory. The product page will include an estimated ship date for any backordered item. Please note that if your order includes a backordered item(s), all items in the order, including those that are not on backorder, might be held to ship together.

When you place an order with preordered or backordered items, payment will be processed immediately. This ensures there are no surprise charges later and secures the new inventory for your order.
